Our Organization

Happy Healthy Pet Adoption, Inc. (HHPA) is a no-kill animal shelter in Bay Springs, Mississippi. Our shelter is operated by a volunteer, non-paid Board of Directors. We were founded in 2003 and are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. All contributions go to the direct care of animals and are tax deductible.
